All year round events and promotions are organised by the community facilitator with the highlight of the year being the Bella Vista Waters Festival. Held annually to celebrate the prestigious lifestyle at Bella Vista Waters, this event usually consists of a community BBQ, wine tastings, children's rides and live music.
Developer Norwest Land, jointly owned by Mulpha Australia and FKP Pty Ltd, is at the forefront of residential development in the Hills district. Through Bella Vista Waters and other projects, Norwest land continues to pursue its vision to be recognised as a leader in urban development. Norwest Land has also developed the international award winning Norwest Business Park at Baulkham Hills, one of Australia's largest and most successful business parks and a major employment generator in the area.
